Beth is a rock star you want on your team if you sell your home. She knows her market very well and works professionally and very well with sellers. Her support team is stellar; there were people to stage the property (which was an AMAZING transformation better than anything I’d ever seen  before), people to sweat the details like getting an extra cleaning in, mowing the lawn, fixing the fountain, working with the seller to address little quirks or unexpected requests. Beth’s negotiation skills shined bright when offers came in, and she expertly optimized the deal for us. After the deal was signed she and her team continued to work with us to address punch list items and make sure closing was seamlessly handled.
