I rarely come across real talents who stand out like Beth Billington. She is incredibly efficient and a genuine expert in her work. Years of experience and expertise has made her a real professional in her field. She could visualize the whole process of the project and the outcome on the very first day we met to discuss about selling my home and was able to execute perfectly the way she visualized including sticking to the time estimated. There was 100% transparency in the process, consulted with me at every step of decision making and provided guidance as needed. There was never a moment where I had to reach out for update or follow up. She is absolutely a task master and knows how to extract work from not only her team but also from laid back clients like me. I also had the pleasure of working with Glenna Watson from Beth’s team in the process of selling my home. She translated Beth’s plan into actions without missing a single milestone. Glenna was highly responsive, was reachable any time of the day including public holidays. She was on top of the things and not even once any task was missed from the original plan. Communication is her greatest strength and every task and progress was kept informed. She was proactive, knowledgeable, highly responsible and hardworking and was gracious enough to complete certain tasks which I was supposed to do as a owner. I had to sell my home under a very unique situation that I did not anticipate and was totally not prepared. The thought of the process gave such a pressure, stress due to past experiences and seemed a Herculean task. Their immense support continued even after selling the house for few errands which I do not think anyone would have even done.
