She was the most detailed and prepared realtor we interviewed. Though she gave her opinion of the range she felt the house should be priced at, she encouraged us to set a price where we were comfortable. Once we signed with Beth, everything was arranged and professionally done from getting photos of the house and yard, to creating and providing marketing pamphlets and material to even helping us find responsive contractors to get little things taken care of before putting the house on the market. Beth was also very helpful in providing feedback on how to best show/stage the house.
