I must give Beth the highest possible rating. She and her team took over when we, a couple in our mid 80s, left a house that we had lived in for over 25 years. A significant amount of work was needed, and Beth supervised and coordinated three maintenance contractors, a painting crew (entire  inside), complete recarpeting, cleaning and staging. Within a month the house sparkled and was listed. Within four days we had three offers above the listed price and we accepted one. Beth continued her fine communication through the escrow and closing process. I initially contacted Beth because of a very fine experience about two years ago when I needed to sell a property as executor of an estate.
