Beth, by herself would be an outstanding agent but, she has a team and the combination is awesome. We had the misfortune to list our home just as the market had started to change in a downward direction. Beth warned us at the start that the market was getting softer and helped lessen our expectations. Our townhome was excellently presented, had multiple viewers both online and in person just no buyers. While we were disappointed, news articles in the Seattle Times described in greater detail the change in the market and made it less personal. We took less than we expected but it did sell in a tougher market. Beth and her team guided us through the process in a professional manner and we are on our way to a new life adventure.
