Beth helped us list and sell our home in Clyde Hill. We handed over our keys to Beth & Christi and they took care of every detail including getting the home & windows cleaned, staged, furnace servicing, etc. The professional photography and video turned out awesome. They kept us looped in on progress every step of the way in a very prompt manner. The whole experience was stress free and, if you can believe it, even pleasurable. We did not know what to expect given the Covid19 situation. Maybe we got lucky that everything went as smoothly as it did (the buyers placed no contingency, offered full price, and even gave us a significant non-refundable deposit while they waited for their loan to close) but we would give a lot of credit to Beth and Christi for helping us showcase the house in its best light!
