I’ve known & respected Beth Billington for almost 20 years. I consider her *the* top Real Estate professional for the Bridle Trails area of Bellevue and surrounding areas (though she and her team can assist further afield). Her advice has always been spot-on. Whether it’s regarding a market analysis, an evaluation of trends, recommendations for contractors or home maintenance advice, she’s an incredible resource. As responsive as she’s *always* been, I never realized just how strong her entire team is until I listed my home with her this summer. Few contractors, even, have as strong a project management team as the one I experienced working with Beth. In a piping-hot real estate market & labor market, her team gets contractors and subs to absolutely stick to schedules they set. They seem to work around the clock, are super-personable and kind. Which is some trick, considering how the contractors, painters, gardeners, electricians, plumbers & you-name-it come running at their beck and call. When I told Beth I’d be out of my house on July 1st, she and her team gave me a schedule and promised to have the house refurbished by August 3rd, staged and ready to list. They gave me those dates in May of 2021. Summer of 2021 was the hottest real estate market in Seattle area in my memory, *and* the tightest labor market. Beth, her team and all the contractors hit every date. My house listed the day they were aiming for and sold four days later. They guided me to make necessary investments/upgrades. The house sold for more than I’d hoped. Though when Beth gave me the price she was aiming for, she ended up nailing that too. I tried to keep my expectations reasonable, but she managed the upper bound we’d discussed. Beth doesn’t just list houses, although she excels at all aspects of listing them, she SELLS houses. She’s got an impressive bench of specialists who are quite dedicated to her. That says a great deal about her.
