Beth and her team are amazing! Beth’s extensive expertise in the area gave us confidence in her suggested selling price. She also helped us figure out what remodeling work would likely pay off, and what to leave for the new owners. Then she and her team project managed all of it!! I approved expenses, but she managed everything else, from the selection of new carpeting, kitchen backsplash and other details, to managing the contractors, hiring the staging company (to bring in furniture, pictures etc to make it look warm and inviting), and managing the Junk company when we needed some remaining debris removed from our home and yard.
