We were referred to Beth and Jean after having a less than positive experience with another agent. I think it is helpful to describe the bad experience as a way to highlight how wonderful it is to work with Beth and team. It is a very competitive market right now, which requires a cool head. The other agent would write an offer for us, go silent for hours without explanation and then we would get a panicked phone call at 9 pm telling us we have 15 minutes to make a decision. When we found a significant error, we were told “just sign it anyway and we will figure it out tomorrow”. This is on a legally binding document! I have numerous examples of poor communication and high pressure tactics.
This leads me to what a pleasure it was to deal with Beth and Jean in purchasing our new home. They are very busy, but were always clear about how they would communicate with us and what to expect next. They brainstormed with us to put together strong offers, discussed why we lost on an offer, and were confident we would find the right fit. When we found “the” house, they did an incredible job negotiating a great deal, we never felt pressured or panicked; they were pure professionals every step of the way. Jean even coordinated service people for some minor changes and she was there for us every step of the way.
These ladies are rock stars and I will be forever grateful I had the opportunity to work with them. My only regret is I hadn’t met them before we sold our house in Queen Anne. It would have been a much better experience. You won’t go wrong choosing Beth and Jean!
