Since 1992, Beth has consistently achieved recognition in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker's amazing network of more than 57,000 agents, including the prestigious designation of International President's Premier.  In 2005, she was the #2 agent, among 1,100 Coldwell Banker Bain Associates.  In addition, her office has been the #1 Coldwell Banker Affiliate Office in the nation for the past twelve years.  In the Western Region, comprised of seventeen states and over 18,060 agents, Beth ranked #9 in 2006.

Beth's style of business is simple:  providing personalized hands-on support and constant communication while navigating through the challenge of listing and selling homes.  She specializes in unique marketing techniques for homes, new construction and condominiums in Seattle's Eastside marketplace.  She has helped families relocate across the street and across the country, providing the information and assistance necessary to make the transition with ease.

Community service has always been important to Beth; she is currently on the Board of Directors for Northwest Children's Fund.  In addition, she's been involved with numerous nonprofit organizations, including Junior League of Seattle and Big Brothers Big Sisters.  In conjunction with the Coldwell Banker Bain Associates Community Partnership program, she helped initiate a partnership with the Bridle Trails State Park Foundation, contributing a portion of her commission to help preserve the 500+/- acre park in Bellevue.
